Warehouse Associate IIWe're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Angelo, TX!Since 1967, Joe W. You'll be a strong fit if you are:Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic.Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.Proactive and ready to take on challenges with a positive attitude.What You'll DoAs a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assisting with the shipping, receiving, and inventory management of goods and products, as well as helping with deliveries.Receive and unload incoming shipments.Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.Prepare orders for delivery and shipment to customers; cut filter media.Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Assist with deliveries when required, and ensure safe handling and delivery of products to customers.Qualifications2-5 years of warehouse-related experience preferred.Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.At least 18 years old and at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience (satisfactory results from driving record check/MVR required).Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.Comfortable working on ladders and using general hand and power tools.Ability to read screens and documents and communicate effectively in person.Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.Preferred QualificationsBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Basic computer and math skills are helpful.Work Environment & ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)Work performed on-site at the San Angelo branch warehouse.Warehouse environment with temperature variations, loud noise levels, and active equipment operation.Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.Compensation and BenefitsThis is an hourly position and pay rate is based on experience.Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.Ready to Join Us?If you're excited about collaborating with a great team, and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!Joe Fly Co., Inc. is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
