Monday - Friday

5:30 am - 2:00 pm

$13.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

• Accurately read and interpret part numbers, invoices, and shipping documentation
• Record part, invoice, and address information clearly and precisely
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards
• Verify accuracy of orders prior to shipment to ensure correct items and documentation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping records and paperwork
• Ensure all written documentation is neat, legible, and complete
• Coordinate with team members to support timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines within a manufacturing/shipping environment

• Ability to read and understand part numbers, invoices, and shipping details with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, neat, and legible handwriting is required
• Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining accuracy and quality in work
