**Business Summary:**VMware's Global Pricing & Monetization team delivers scalable, analytically rigorous, and transformational pricing & licensing services supporting our product portfolio and bringing new offers to market. We do this through a process called New Service Introduction (NSI) that involves collaborating with VMware's product teams/business units, finance, and operations teams to define and govern offerings and publishing into internal systems, price books, and marketplaces.This role involves delivering PMO excellence in two areas:Monetization Governance: Our team is responsible for facilitating SOX compliant decisions affecting our portfolio of offers. You will be responsible for voter communications supporting the governance process, ensuring decision documentation is complete, supporting SOX audits, and ongoing simplification and improvements to the process.Transformational project portfolio: Our team is involved with multiple projects to evolve Pricing & Monetization processes in support of VMware's transformation to a SaaS and subscription-based company. You will be responsible the overall tracking of these projects, maintaining, ensuring clarity in problem statement/purpose, driving cross group alignment, and maintaining status.**Job Role and Responsibility:****Responsibilities**Program Planning & Strategy+ Strong knowledge and experience of SaaS and Subscription business models, having implemented related programs.+ Experience working with software Product teams, with an understanding of product life-cycle, customer and partner engagement for the different product life-cycle phases.Program Execution: Manage all phases of program through successful delivery+ Create and manage the execution plan including timelines, milestones, critical path etc+ Manage program dependencies, risks, key design decisions etc, within and across programs+ Manage inter-dependencies with other programs including within the Superhighway and across Superhighways+ Drive steering committee and other key governance discussions with senior executives to drive decision making on important topics that impact the program's execution.+ Set up required JIRA dashboards to track the EPICs, user stories by different aspects like status, Sprint allocation, velocity, burn-down rate, approvals, dependencies etc+ Run regular product engagement meetings with program core team to track progress, dependencies and escalate risks for resolution+ Be proactive in holding stakeholders accountable for delivering on the plan laid out+ Cross Group alignment: CDTO (IT), CPN, BU, cross OperationsRoadmap Management+ Create roadmap of business features to be delivered for the Domain being managed, linking it with the overall strategic prioritization+ Work with the Product Manager and IT Engg Lead to plan timelines, resource needs and interdependencies for the feature implementation in the roadmap+ Set up dashboards required to track the implementation status of the business features**Required Skills:****Qualifications** **&** **Experience**Education/Training+ BS/BA degree in Business or Technology-related field (required);+ MBA or Masters a plusExperience+ 5+ yearsprogrammanagementbackground in high-tech+ 3+ years' experience leading programs in a complex, global corporate setting+ Working experience with agile methodologies+ Familiarity with business-related technologies and platforms (eg.SAP, SFDC)+ Familiarity with SaaS/Subscription business and product lifecycleKey Traits+ Passion for details and follow-through+ Ability to drive collaboration across business and technical teams+ Effectivecommunicator at alllevels+ Problem-solving attitude+ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically+ Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processesA**Category :** Marketing**Subcategory:** Marketing**Experience:** Manager and Professional**Full Time/ Part Time:** Full Time**Posted Date:** 2022-04-06VMware Company Overview: At VMware, we believe that software has the power to unlock new opportunities for people and our planet.
