Responsible for key communication projects that reach broad external and internal audiences. Collaborating with others across the organization, the person in this role has a broad understanding of the organization and the background to help craft and guide key messages. Brings exceptional writing and editing skills to the role and provides advice, consultation and review for other key communication products and channels produced by the department. Provides communication support for both strategic initiatives and operational topics guidance on message development and tactics to help effectively convey important and sensitive information. Interacts with executive leadership, physician leaders, managers, and staff throughout the organization, as well as in the community at large on a wide variety of topics and issues.
