Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break-even
• Manage store operating costs to be at or below plan
• Ensure store is fully staffed with succession plans, train team members to proficiency, and promote core principles and competencies
• Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
• Support company initiatives and maintain changes
• Report and handle safety incidents per company guidelines

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama)
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
