BEPC is recruiting a skilled Plant Manager for a leading manufacturer of telecom and network cabling, connectors, and accessories supporting cell towers and data centers. This on-site role in San Angelo, TX, involves overseeing all daily plant operations, enhancing production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will play a play a pivotal role in expanding this facility while ensuring quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling and work orders.
• Lead plant maintenance and equipment calibration in collaboration with the Production Line and Mechanical Engineer Managers.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain accurate digital records and inventory documentation.
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Implement strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant or production management within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in motivating and developing teams.
• Expertise in process improvement, inventory management, and workplace optimization.
• Familiarity with equipment calibration, plant maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Contract Details

• Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000/year, plus performance bonuses.
