Job Summary
Under general supervision, leads a team of security officers in providing security for patients, employees, and visitors. Ensures the protection of hospital buildings and assets. As a Team Lead, coordinates daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors the performance of team members to maintain a safe and secure environment. Provides guidance and training to security staff, handles escalated incidents, and collaborates with hospital administration to implement security protocols and procedures.
