Job Description: Flex Team Specialist (LTSS Service Care Manager)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with potential overtime.
Location: Field-based with up to 2 hours of travel one way; remote documentation on non-travel days.
Duration: Potential for extension.
Position Overview: The LTSS Service Care Manager will conduct member assessments, document findings, and determine service authorizations for personal attendant services. This role involves 75% travel for in-home member visits (3 days per week) and 2 remote workdays for documentation and follow-ups.
