Role Description

Sisley Paris is hiring Beauty Advisors for its latest brand Neurae! We have openings in Austin!. As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Retail Sales experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
• Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
