Salary Range: $ Based on Experience

Experience: 5+ years serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction sites (K-12)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ultimate responsibility of construction
• Expert knowledge of assigned plans and specs
• Participate in assigned project s pre-construction phase, advising on all constructability issues
• Host mandatory preconstruction meetings with every sub prior to the start date
• Monitor project s quality control
• Understand, implement & uphold procedures and processes
• Maintain and update Project Schedule
• Prepare updated schedule to present at every sub meeting
• Create and develop short term construction schedule
• Properly document project and Sub-Contractor performance
• Monitor and ensure delivery of project materials
• Maintain a clean/presentable construction trailer and job-site
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite
• Ensure that all punch list and procedures are followed (sub, architect, owner and MEP punch lists)
• Key Relationship-holder with District & Architect
• Other duties as assigned
